How to Care for and Clean Enameled Cast Iron?
1.Use soft natural or nylon sponges and brushes to wash the interior and exterior with warm water and a mild dish soap.
2. Don't use metal sponges, abrasive cleaners or utensils as they may scratch the enamel surface.
3. Rinse and dry the cookware thoroughly before putting it away.
EASY TO CLEAN !!
Washing it by hand can improve its durability, but dishwashers also work. To remove hard to remove stains, soak in warm water for 1-2 hours or more, then rinse with baking soda or neutral detergent or regular detergent and water. Do not use stainless steel wire balls to clean, as this will cause the coating to peel off.
